That is why i never go by rankings,,,

how can any sanctioning body have khan #2 and even abregu #1

The real rankings should look like this

      champ- floyd

      #1 tim
      #2 alexander
      #3 jmm
      #4 manny
      #5 maidana
      #6 broner
      #7 abregu
or something along those lines,, I know they wont rank a guy that has a belt in another sanctioning body, but that is just an excuse so they can pad rankings with less deserving guys like khan

This is why Top Rank & GBP need to put their differences aside to work together a few times per year. Mayweather should be fighting Bradley next, or Pacquiao if he beats Rios. This is just sad now. I doubt Mayweather is trying to talk Schaefer into working with Top Rank so he can face the ones who most deserve the fight where he can still make big money. The only ones left in GBP who could face Floyd are Khan, Alexander, Broner or Garcia. Thus the reason were likely getting Floyd vs Khan next.

I agree, but Floyd vs. Broner would sell really good. Same for Khan, that's why Floyd will choose to fight him.

Also, I do think Pacquiao still deserves the fight due to the fact it should have happened years ago. And that Pacquiao was the #1 P4P guy for a few years. Even after his back to back losses to Marquez & Bradley he's still in the P4P top 10. That shows you how long Pacquiao dominated the sport. The fight would still sell extremely well too.

Not all fans of Floyd are the same. I'm a boxing fan 1st and foremost. This is de****able, and an utter disgrace to sports period. At least in other professional sports you have to earn the right to be the best or beat the best of the best. I know the fight sells, but boxing has been dirty since the beginningof time. Take for example when Ali came back from his suspension. I know no one official beat him, but while he was gone there where other guys whom earned the right to fight Frazier, but the public wanted Ali. Same as for khan vs Floyd, canelo vs Floyd. Neither one of these guys earned the right to fight Floyd. I rather Alexander , Thurman, abregu fight Floyd. Thurman and Alexander has beaten quality welterweights. But this just goes to show you its about $$$$ and always been and will continue to be!

seriously though, how the **** can the 'bc allow this even though Khan hasnt fought in a ww fight ever? the IBF took a great stance by not sanctioning ortiz/molina! I guess the WeBeCrooks organization will do whatever it wants as long as they get their bottom line!$!$!$!$!$!$!

well khan had a close fight w peterson; whom wack aszs hype job matthyse destroyed; whom garcia DESTROYED, & garcia already DRMOLISHED khan in 4
so in reality, think how far down the food chain khan actually is

why should he skip peterson, matthyse, garcia, guerrero & alexander to get the mayweather shot? to be honest, berto thurman karass broner all whoop khans ass. you want proof? mayweathers tryna get to him before any of these lesser skilled fighters expose this goofball khan

Lmao at them saying Floyd beat the number 1 contenders in Ortiz and guerrero, pathetic. They know in their ****** minds Floyd has cherry picked and fights c level guys and those two were not even top 5 ww's in reality
Tbh its still not as bad as the pac vs margarito bout for the jr mw title when pac nor tony fought any contender to earn the right to fight for the belt. Two wws fighting for a title having never fought at jr mw. Now thats what you call a travesty. Two men jumped over many men that earned the right to go after the title were denied so that pac could earn another title in a class he never fought in.
