hard work, and a very low calorie diet. mikey is a huge kid. rios is the same way. those guys cut some serious weight, and put it all back on for fight night. they're huge.

First pic has bad lighting. Mikey isn't flexing and second pic is prob right after a workout. But mikey isn't draining himself now so he should look better

Pictures are taken a little over a month apart. The lighting and flexing def has something to do with it. But it still looks real fishy to me.
