How are you guys freaking out about this? If dude is working out every day on top of boxing and eating a completely nutritious diet, these results ARE typical.

The lighting probably has a fair bit to do with it plus hes tensed in the after pic but he has a visible bicep vein in the first so that tells me he had pretty low bodyfat to start with & probably somewhere around the 10-12% mark.
People usually get the impression he/they've added a lot of muscle and got leaner but its more an illusion than anything.
Nothing away from Ariza's work hes great at what he does but its doable. 5 week cut, I'm expecting those sort of results myself.
