            The lighting is bad on the first picture. It's hard to tell if Garcia is really ripped or not because cameras don't tell the whole story.

              If he displays any significant increase in endurance you might be right. Cutting weight alone doesn't increase your aerobic capacity.

                    Good results, as you'd expect from a trainer with high knowledge.

                    Cutting weight, especially when starting off heavy, is about as easy as it gets. Good training principles and proper diet...that's literally all it takes. 14lbs in 5 weeks from that starting point is easy done.
