Broner has trouble against dudes that are very defensive. This was on display in the Paulie fight.
Provodnikov would be a easy fight for Broner since Ruslan has a very poor defense and isn't quick.
Basically it would be similar to the Garcia/Lucas fight.

History? Which big, hard-punching 140/147'ers has Broner fought? Why should the narrative not be that you have to be a mover to beat Provodnikov?

Why do some of you consider it offensive to even ponder this fight? Ruslan took Bradley to the wire, and now just beat Alvarado. That's better than anything Broner has done.

Why act like it wouldn't be anything but a good fight?

Ruslan could wade in and drop some big bombs, and broner could use the shoulder roll to deflect alot of the blows, and could counter ruslan brutally,,

Ruslan was getting busted up by bradley who has zero power, Broner has more pop, i would be very interested to see this fight, but i doubt it happens in the next 2 years
