    Tszyu
    Pacman
    Williams
    Margarito

all would've beat him. He would've done okay against Casamayor and prime Cotto would've taken him to hell. It would've been a toss up. I would've favored Cotto though

Floyd just beat a dude easily that weighed damn near 170lb's on fight night.
Think about that for a second. Floyd at roughly 150lb's just beat a dude that weighed roughly 170lb's.

Simply put, i respect all the fighters listed in this thread but he would've beat ALL of them easily.

hell yea, because beating a slow flat footed weight drained green fighter = beating one of the greatest and fastest offensive fights of all time

Had Hatton been huge like Margarito and had the same iron chin, Money Mayweather would have been brutalized. That's why he was forced to retire years ago. The guy was in tears. Most of the guys in the division were huge like Clottey, Williams, Margarito, Cotto, Mosley...

            Angulo would murk Money Mayweather.

"Williams height", Williams does not fight tall. Hence how he got outboxed by Quintana and Lara and was drawn into wars with much shorter boxers like Mitchell and Matthysse.

Pacquiao can't even handle prime, peak, or past prime Marquez's counterpunching. He will be befuddled with Mayweather's counterpunching, footwork and upper body movement.

Margarito...too many ways to beat him. Floyd finds one.

The only time the Tszyu fight was available was when Tszyu was going to fight Hatton, Floyd wanted the winner. Tszyu lost, Hatton won, Hatton's team was not ready for Mayweather. End of story.

tszyu nah.... no chance... just not technically skilled enough.... could never handle floyd's movement and slickness....

pacquiao.... can't handle counter punchers..... not to say he's not a great fighter....

margarito.... got outboxed by cotto.... cotto's stamina let him down... floyd has no such problems....
Paquaio & Margarito would both have stopped Mayweather Tszyu & Williams would have given him hell too
I must comment on your assessment of Margarito-Cotto though, While it was refreshing & pleasant not to see any mention of loaded gloves The damage done to Cotto was not due to his lack of stamina. Tony beat the bejabbers out of Cotto LEGITIMATELY!!!!!!!!

I mean, I feel Floyd clearly ducked both Cotto and Marg when he was still under Arum.

The Cotto fight should have happened.

But, Floyd easily beats Marg, where as Cotto may have made it a Castillo-esque fight in terms of competitiveness and how close the scorecards may be by the end of the fight.

I feel the Pacquiao that fought Cotto may have actually beaten Floyd. Ever since about 2010, I always felt Pac looked a little bored of the sport and wasn't competing at the best of his ability, despite his natural talents.

But, the one fighter I feel in my heart would actually beat Mayweather is Paul Williams. This discussion has been beaten to death, so I'll leave it at this.

Pac and Tzsyu had the best chance.

Williams and Marg would've given Cherrypicker fits
