It seems like there is nothing Garcia can do to earn people's respect.
Danny Garcia isn't a top-10 fighter. He just lost to Mauricio Herrera ffs.

Lucas Matthysse wouldn't be a top-10 fighter if he beat Garica AND Herrera. Nobody at 140 deserves to be in the top-10 P4P, let's be real.

Herrera a good decent fighter made Garcia look like an amateur in what was supposed to be a cherry picked easy win for his "homecoming" in Puerto Rico. He doesn't deserve to be top 10 until he gets back in the ring and beats multiple good fighters. He looked pathetic against Herrera.

What you guys are failing to realize, is that Herrera is a top 5 JLW. He's right up there with D. Garcia in the 140lb division.

I completely agree. He checks off every box in my opinion. A prime undefeated, undisputed and consensus champion with a resume that includes Matthysse, Khan, Judah, Holt, Morales, etc. Everyone's down on him because of one controversial decision? Damn near everyone on the pound for pound list has one of those. I think people just refuse to give him credit because he beat one of their favorite fighters or something. He absolutely should be in the top 10 pound for pound.

Danny is extremely under rated here on NSB. Granted Morales and Judah were old, but Matthysse and Khan were not. Both of these fighters have very rabid and outspoken fans on NSB that simply refuse to give Danny the proper credit for dismantling these guys.

If he had the exact same record but it was comprised of KO's against average and below average competition NSB would collectively have him as th enext big thing.

if he had a string of good wins instead of only taking a good fight every 3 fights, that'd help

was this before or after fighting garcia? because herrera had'nt done much of anything beforehand but beat provo a long time ago and compile some losses against the only semi-decent/decent opposition he faced

well he did beat Mike Dallas Jr.. and as I learned from NSB, beating Mike Dallas Jr. makes you the baddest ****ing JWW who ever lived-a man capable of murder and decapitation.

I'd have to think about it but I'd probably still have him in there. The performance against Herrera and following it up by fighting Salka is not a good look though.
