Same reason: first guy beat the second guy and hasn't lost since. Second guy has a superior resume in all cases, but head to head trumps resume until first guy loses and/or makes himself irrelevant.

He doesn't want another Ward fight, like you, he'd rather win it outside of the ring by calling Ward's style boring or saying he has the better resume.....all bull**** because Froch and his fans still can't get over that schooling.

Ward practically shut Froch out whereas Froch didn't do the same with Kessler, was a very close fight. Can't compare a shutout with a very close win.

Froch didn't fight Bute and Kessler on the same night he lost to Ward. Bute and Kessler aren't Ward.

LOL-let's be honest here. Yusak Mack himself was a LHW that moved down to fight Froch and Froch didn't want to fight Groves-he was mandatory.

Ward remained undefeated through the super 6, while Froch got a bit of a gift against Dirrell and lost to Kessler.

Ward beat the dog crap out of Kessler and roughed up Froch like he has never been beat before. The only thing I can dis Ward about is his inactivity, but that will change very soon.
