First, VADA only performs year-round testing for one athlete -- Nonito Donaire. USADA peforms year-round testing for hundreds of athletes (mostly Olympic). USADA and VADA are essentially the same thing, including many of their protocols. The main difference between the two is just cost.
And both organizations have slipped in the past as far as testing in boxing, but their errors are understandable. And after each 'mistake' there was always an immediate adjustment (for both organizations). Neither organization is going to be flawless all the time. I'm not one of those Conte puppets that believes and follows anything coming out of his mouth about drug testing.
