I agree with this 100 %. This was indeed a close fight (neither JMM nor Bradley dominated convincingly although Bradley was more active). I also agree with the poster who refers to the subjectivity in judging since Marquez landed more power punches while Bradley landed more jabs. What was the criteria when Boner "defeated" Malignaggi? Many here wrote that the higher output of punches of Paul was not enough to win because the more telling punches were on Broner's side. Thus, sometimes you have the more active or busier fighter "convincingly" winning while other times a boxer can't be rewarded with a victory even when he lands more punches than his rival. It shows that judging in boxing is clearly subjective.Comment

i think he tried three previous times with no success. now he teams up with memo and he's a knockout artist. he didn't look that massive on the last weigh in like he did on the last pac fight. i guess they knew the heat was on.Comment

LOL! ****** Americans are saying "the other times we robbed you but you can trust us this time" and taking offense that he thinks he was robbed? You're too damn ****** to know what you're sowing(and I can't wait to see you reap)! Even in fights that Mexicans will lose we will think we won because Americans have blurred the lines of truth and reality. JM Marquez won this fight and using infantile tactics like name calling isn't going to pressure us into agreeing. Pffft! GTFOH! LOL!Comment

Mexican star Juan Manuel Marquez (55-7-1, 40KOs) is still very upset with Saturday twelve round split decision loss to WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley (31-0, 12KOs) at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Two judges sided with Bradley, giving him the win with scores of 115-113 and 116-112. The third scored the fight for Marquez with a tally of 115-113. Marquez felt two of the judges robbed him of a win.

Since when in the history of all time has a black fighter been given the overwhelming benefit of the doubt against a Mexican fighter, by American judges? Never knew America was so pro African American...Please. Did they rob Canelo v Trout? Or how about Chavez v Whitaker? Diaz v Malignaggi? Gimme a break! Marquez lost, move on. His "robberies" weren't even against Americans unless Manny Pacquiao was secretly nationalized. Ridiculous.Comment

Shut up calling him a whiner.
Most of you fools said he beat Pac 3 times before the 4th because he had it on a tee. That was a whine. By you fans who followed that statement you help add to his whiney personality.
Pac drew with him, and then beat him in a SD. The third was a lost to PAC, but again the first two were close...Comment
