Certainly not now, but before sure he did at least in a career accomplishment and reputation sort of way.

All the top pound for pound guys stay ranked beyond when they are really that level but they don't get dropped out of respect until they lose.

He was ranked fine, just everybody should have realized he didn't have that much rope left in his career.


Although P4P is strictly opinion so if you are just rank guys off who you think is best regardless of accomplishments then that is fair.

Over the last 3 years (bar the Pac KO) he has beat boxing phenoms Likar Ramos and Serhiy Fedchenko, both of whom were ranked near the top 30-40 of their divisions--well maybe just Fedchenko.
