The fight shouldn't have been PPV at all.
HBO PPV is now a dying distributor.

I'm glad I didn't buy this one, though I probably would have if I stayed home...I can't stand HBO now, Roy Jones, Lampley, and Kellerman, Letterman, basically the whole crew are just so horribly biased. And the production does feel cheap. I still like some fighters on HBO but the network is of less quality as far as boxing goes compared to ShowtimeComment

This right here. Kellerman is an ATG when it comes to finding something to say that will make him sound like a total moron.totally agree.
What's up with Kellerman with all these bizarree comments? Tonight it was about Marquez "smiling" after a missed punch. I also remeber him talking about how he thought Garcia was conceeding the fight because he touched gloves with Khan at the end of a round.
I used to like RJJ, but am quickly getting sick and tired of the entire HBO crew. Kellerman is the worst IMO.
It was really weak. I will say that I like how RJJ isn't afraid to correct Lampley when he says some ****** **** like "And here comes (HBO's preferred fighter of the night) with a flurry of punches!" to which Roy replies
"And none of them landed, Jim."Comment

I like how everyone always claims that a commentary team is biased towards a fighter because they have better things to say about him during the fight. Here's a crazy thought: maybe they were more positive about Bradley's performance because it was far superior?Comment

Lol at the Marquez fan boys mad that hbo likes Bradley more this is too ***in funny. But it's because they bend over and let arum put on crappy undercards. Just like when they let berto fight bums for a mill dollars. It's their own fault. But they need top rank now more than ever if they're not working with gbpLast edited by HanzGruber; 10-13-2013, 04:49 PM.Comment
