Unfortunately Toney is now struggling against the kind of fighters Wilder beat earlier in his career. Would rather see Toney retired.

      Toney might well beat him.

It's an OK fight, actually. Wilder would get some rounds in; he wouldn't stop Toney.

Toney's so shot that it's not even a question that Wilder would knock him out, and early. We don't need to see something that depressing.

Is it really that much worse then the comp he's been facing and the comp he will likely be facing in the near future? Like someone stated, he can at least get some rounds in. At this age, TYoney would probably be he's toughest competition to date.

Toney should just retire. He's clearly beyond his best years in the boxing ring. However, he can't because he's broke.

Toney would stop Wilder landing anything and leave him in tears in the ring.

Toney shouldn't be in the ring full stop

That's lose - lose for Wilder he wins people will just say he's beating shot fighters and he would get no credibility criticism worse than Garcia fighting Morales and Judah. And if he loses he loses to a shot James Toney either way not a good look

Beating an eons past prime, shot, fat out-of-shape James Toney does nothing to further Wilder's career at this point. Also, no sane boxing fan wants to see Toney get sparked out like Liahovich did against Wilder
