Bob Arum shouldn't be talking about a fight between Rigo and Loma... He knows that Rigo is too small for featherweight, and Rigo's team already said they're not going up. However, this match would be an intriguing fight:

Vasyl Lomachenko vs Yuriorkis Gamboa (back as a featherweight with Pedro Diaz in his corner). LOL!

Too early for Lomachenko wtf is he thinking. The guy hasn't even had his first pro bout yet, not every single amateur great turns out like Rigondeaux there is always a chance for something to not translate well into the pros including punch resistance.

Just give Rigondeaux a bloody fight already. You're wasting talent, Bob-****ing-Arum.

LOL. Loma has to be an ATG if he's got a hater before he even starts his pro career.

Even if his does translate well (and if anyone can be considered likely to...), he needs a few fights under his belt to both build the fight and settle into the pro routine and acclimatise to the different style.

Still it's unlikely Rigo would want to move up for this one (though he's fought at 126 before), though perhaps Loma could go down.

If it were ever to be made I'd expect 2015 however, hopefully with 6 or 7 fights under Lomas (title) belt.

He better beat the Pizza Hut delivery guy..

This delivery driver comes stacked with having beating 23 orange vendors and only lost to 3 Tijuana cab drivers.

Loma better beat this formidable opponent.

Would be a great match up. Perhaps at a catchweight since Rigo is a small 122 fighter ad can go down to 118 or below
