Agreed on nothing being gifted. Whether or not he's ready is one thing but he'll have the strap as an incentive for Rigo. Not sure if he'll beat Rigo but what he says here is true IMO

Well Rigo didn't really work his way up the normal way either, he got a title fight in his 6th fight after not fighting anybody.

Rigo didn't participate in the WSOB though. The 6 guys that Lomachenko faced are better then any of the cab drivers Rigo faced in his first 5 fights so it's an even trade off IMO. isn't that kind of the same thing?
