We all know how they really feel about Pacquiao and roids, and they have never been shy to say it.

Thats why there was a lawsuit in the first place.
No, Floyd settled when Pacquiao's lawyer requested that Floyd show his medical prescription history and USADA test results failed and cleared results.

Floyd was talking mess until they brought up his testing rumors, thats when he bowed and submitted and bent to Pacmans will.

floyds team couldn't back up claims that Pac was on peds, it take smore than I have a feeling he is guilty, you need hard evidence and proof. They had none.

Thats the same stance when those old white racists would say I know that black guy is guilty because he is black and wore baggy clothes and looked like a ****er.

This is the same type of reasons Flowmos are using when it come to Pacman, guilty because they feel and believe he is but have no factual reasoning just assumptions and conspiracy paranoia.

That isn't the case at all and that has nothing to do with what they were in court about, Floyd was not on trial for anything other than what he accused Manny of anything else aside from the facts related to the case would not be allowed in court.

What happened was Floyd lost a motion and was going to have to pay for some legal fees a couple hundred grand in all, so either he could have continued on with the risk associated with that or just apologized and end it. You always get rid of litigation the easy way if you can, I am sure his high priced lawyers told him that

To say Floyd is scared of Pacquiao is a fallacy. Yes he might have ducked him a bit, but the biggest concern they have is Manny's hand speed which makes his nail gun power dangerous. They are not fools, and they know that Pacquiao (even the current version) will land against Floyd. I don't personally think it will be enough to make Pac Man a legit favorite, but Floyd will instead fight guys who are less of a risk for still pretty good money.

Very true,,, both guys are to blame,,,,

I dont think floyd and his team ever truely wanted the fight, but i also think that manny was juiced up and didnt want to take the tests,,,

about a year later or so, manny relented and said he would take the tests, but then floyd changed the money cut,,,,,

Should have been 50/50 and drug tests,,,
Its a shame that this fight never happened,,, it was the 2000s Fight of the century and would have gone down in history with dempsey vs tunney, louis vs schmelling, ali vs frazier, ali vs foreman, tyson vs spinks, SRL vs hagler, etc......

yeah but why won't floyd give him a chance again? so after the first round you no longer give the guy a chance once he agreed to drug testing a year later?

it makes no sense, leave that in the past move forward man.

Pacman never walkd away from testing either, they were negotiating the blood testing cut off, pac said unlimited urine, all the drug cheats who tested positive in boxing were actually caught with urine testing alone.

I believe Floyd wanted a psychological advantage, he didn't believe pac was on juice, but he remembered that Pacman blamed the first loss to Morales on them waking him up the night before anad taking blood from him, pacman wasn't superstitious but he believed they used that tactic to weaken him.

There was even a video of Floyd saying Pacman will beat Morales in the rematch and he ssaid because the first fight pacman wasn't 100 percent, and Floyd bet big on manny

Floyd is a huge pac fan, he acts like he never knew him but Floyd knows him, he knows pac more than pac knows Floyd, Floyd has been on record several years ago saying pacman is a beast, his favorite fighter right now, and number two p4p behind him, even when pacman was ranked at number 5 or 6 he put pacman higher Floyd also said Oscar was an idiot to lose Manny Pacquiao who Floyd said who does that its Manny Pacquiao! to almost acknowledge that Pacman is a star.

Floyd knows man, the guy isn't dumb he is smart when it comes to choosing his opponent similar to Sugar Ray leonard who admit he wanted to weaken duran in the rematch because he knew duran blew up in weight, and B hop who knows how to hand pick the right guys.

Floyd needs to fight more p4p fighters, he only fights them every once in a long while.

Canelo isn't a p4p fighter, only a fighter coming off of a nice win over Trout. Guerrero wasn't a top 10 p4p fighter. Only pac fights P4p fighters. He fought JMM, Bradley and then JMM again. That's fighting fighting 3 top p4p fighters in a row.
Now when has Floyd ever done that, I don't think he ever has and he don't do it within 18months that's for sure.

That's why Pac don't deserve to be out of the top 5 or 10 p4p.
