During this time pac stated that he would give unlimited urine tests up until the day of the fight and an immediate blood test once the fight was over. Still wasn't good enough for Floyd.

During the 2nd round of negotiations pac was willing to do Floyds initial request for a 14 day cutoff and that's when Floyd changed the terms to no cutoff date. When these negotiations failed the president of HBO sports was asked what happened, his response was "you're going to have to ask Floyd why this fight isn't happening".

Now for the past 2yrs pac has publically stated that he's willing to meet all of Floyds testing demands just to get the fight done because that's what the fans want. Floyds response to that?..... Pac can't have any of the ppv revenue and must join TMT promotions if he wants to fight me!
