Little Floyd is keeping this fight from happening not Manny. All his previous fights he never asked for drug testing manny said FU im clean why do i have to do more then i have too. Floyd uses that as the excuse next round its the same thing Manny agrees to the testing floyd doesnt want 50-50. Lets negotiate again except this time FLoyd calls Manny after Mannys own guy Konz comes to vegas to talk to Floyd. Floyd Sr is always concerned about who his son fights. I remember Floyd Sr. not wanting to take the Corrales fight at one point. I believe he was the one that forced the fight to be at 130. I remember Floyd Jr. called out Winky Wright at 154 (Floyd was at the time fighting at 135) and Daddy Mayweather backed off the fight.

Senior is emotional about his son. Always has been. That is how it goes when you LOVE someone.

yeah, Floyd did offer one, also Pac said unlimited urine testing, which is mainly how the ped users have been busted, the majority of positive tests have been from urine.
