                Arum has had very little interest in attempting to capitalize on the Cuban boxing market specifically in Miami. As small as it might seem it can and will grow given the wave of talent that keeps coming off the island. Unfortunately all top guys are scattered, with different shot callers that have little interest in taking financial risks.

                How great would it be for most of the top Cubans to be under the same banner?

                It's obvious they don't have the largest of fan base, domestically, but given the mentioned circumstance you'd think it at least encourage a promoter to attempt to build a fan base in a region.
