Yes. He has joined Ward, Hopkins crowd and it is probably overdue.

The guy just bores me to bits. He got ragdolled a few times early in his career and turned into a ***** who fights on the outside, throwing 1 or 2 shots then grabbing and leaning all over his opponents. There is no doubt it is effective - his record since shows that.

If he ever has the balls to fight someone his own size who can fight on the inside then he is in big trouble.

That was the worst Heavyweight Championship fight I've seen ever, hands down.

There were whole rounds with endless clinching no punches landing. My friends and I were laughing quite a bit at the mess. It was embarrassing and it just got worse with each round.

It didn't change my opinion though, it just reminded me that Wladimir is a Champion who has always had to rely on his infinitely better older brother Vitali to clear the path by softening or completely removing the true challenges.

I don't think Wladimir should ever be mentioned in any p4p or ATG discussions.

Nope. Dominant champion. Not a risk taker. Gets away with what the referee lets him.

That's who he was, who he has been and what he was against Povetkin.

Just awefulmand a bad look for the sport. I wonder if HBO was considering not airing the encore at 945pm due to how atrocious it was. I wish they they did it pull it

It reaffirmed my hesitance to place him where he's starting to be placed all time.

Looked the same to me.......unstable, awkward as hell, can't punch to the body or in combination!! Just a very tall but average boxer who thanks his Mom & Dad for their genetics that gave him "height"! Without the 6'6" frame he'd just be another big awkward, robot looking Euro heavy.
No foot speed or hand speed can't punch in front of him without falling forward. A slightly more accomplished Primo Canerra but with the will to win, I'll give him that, he comes to win.
If he were born in America he'd be from New Orleans!! HA! Ray

I've always thought he was crap and a boring fighter. This only solidified my stance...

I was finally giving in and putting him on my p4p list, **** that. Now I remember why I refused to for so long, this happens in every big fight he's in, it's ugly every time.
