If not for those Delvin would of entered with only 3 losses on his record! I will keep saying this until I'm blue in the face. I want to see Cotto at 147 vs Berto, Karass, Ortiz, JMM, Bradley, Guerrero....all winnable fights for him. He's short and don't belong above 154 unless he continues to fight the Delvin Rodriguez' and Yuri Foremans of the division.
