Ok. But what was Tim Bradley? A 147lbs fighter? What was Marquez by fight 3 or even fight 4? A 147lbs fighter? What is Brandon Rios? I'm sure you have a rationale for each fight. Sorry. But Manny paying lip service to more stringent testing isn't good enough. He should've implemented it into his fights henceforth to show willing rather just saying for the papers and cameras. Why did he wait until a brutal KO heightened his awareness? If he truly understood the implications he would've been involved in the process sooner, or hell, he would've signed up in the first place and we'd have got the fight we all wanted. To me, saying "Manny SAID he would do testing" AFTER negotiations broke down, but never actually doing it, is as weak as saying "Mayweather woulda beat them anyway". They didn't happen when they mattered.
