"Hey Amir make up your mind. You either want this ass whooping or you don't!" a livid Kevin Cunningham told BoxingScene.com shortly after Amir Khan's team sent out a press release shooting down rumors that they plan on sitting out till next May to secure a lucrative showdown against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Talks between Khan and Alexander have been ongoing for months and Alexander's trainer and manager Kevin Cunningham wants Khan to make up his mind quickly so they can go in a different direction if needed.

I just don't see Khan fighting Devon with a Floyd fight looming.

Didn't Khan's team already say that talk of a Floyd fight is false and that they are in training for the December fight with Alexander?

I defend Devon constantly on here.

But real talk, if you can't beat Devon Alexander, you don't belong in the same arena as Floyd Mayweather. Not believing you can beat him is just as bad.

Sign this damn fight and let the best man win.

I never understand why Khan is the one being blamed for this. Schaefer and Co. are the ones making these fights happen. How can you blame Khan if he's asked to skip Alexander and head straight to a million dollar payday? This is so silly to me.

Anyone asked Schaefer's comment about this?

And team Alexander is saying, in this tread, this very one that team Khan has been playing games for (5) months. It's also been notted before that absolutely nothing is signed on team Khans part. Don't know why you'd come into this tread of all places to say that.

It isn't Khan's fault, nor Schaefer's. None control who Floyd decides to fight.

How do you know what's signed and what isn't? All you're going by is "Team Alexander" who is trying to negotiate through the media

Because Khan's team shot down the rumor about Mayweather and that Khan is currently in training camp in San Francisco with the aim of fighting again in December against Alexander once an agreement can be reached.

I don't know WHY you come at me asking such "why" questions.
