And if you mention Marquez/Pacquiao III , that fight was WAY closer than a lot of people think. And the fight with Rios is basically just a tune-up fight. Pacquiao is meant to beat a guy like Rios who's style is perfect for Pacquiao.

And it doesn't matter anyway, Pacquiao deserved to fight Mayweather for the past 5 years. Pacquiao is an elite fighter who's in the same weight class as Mayweather. He damn well has the right to be at the top of the list to face Floyd. But even now Floyd is saying he needs to join TMT Promotions for the fight.
