He does some weight lifting, but not heavy weight lifting.
I saw some footage during portrait of a fighter, his 24/7 with Pac and some training vids he did for some fitness website.

He did some bicep curls with a curling bar, some bicep curls with a barbell and did those leg presses with that big ass tire with his dad standing on them

Is it the vegan diet that made his head so big? Or other "stuff"...???

i was on a vegan diet for awhile, and you do feel very "clean" and light

but im not sure how strong i was, dont think i was getting that "power" surge, that one usually gets after getting hyped or pumped

I tried the 30 day Vegan challenge recently. I lasted three days.

I can live without meat (for 30 days). I only eat it once or twice a week anyway.

              It's cheese & beer I can't resist.

Probably some type of whey isolate and bean curd or quinoa. You can get tons of protein from vegetables if you eat the right foods....I don't know too much about the specifics but I've read of bodybuilders who were vegan yet ripped up.

His vegan diet may have something to do with his lack of punching power. He's not a big puncher to begin with but he does seem to be missing some natural pop that should be there like say Floyd has. So he may getting protein in but its probably soy protein is the worst kind for a man to consume and by not eating meat hes missing out on the creatine and testosterone boost..ect it can provide that could translate into more power.. Vegan diets are more for marathon runners and cyclist not boxers imo. and It didn't help Canelo any..
