    I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but I won't disagree with Bradley. It obviously works for him. The man is a physical specimen and can seemingly fight for hours.

      Bradley has a lot of mass so this diet would work well for him.

      I'm not sure how effective it would be for someone already lean.

          I wonder if Bradley does stick to the diet year long because he tends to blow up to 175 or so in between fights. At least recently...

            How the hell does Bradley maintain such lean muscle without animal protein? His genetics are seriously sick. I assume he still consumes a lot of protein throughout the day with shakes, nuts etc, but damn it must be hard work.

              He only does it when preparing for a fight. Can't remember where I read that, it was an interview with him though. Wonder what he eats between fights because he does blow up!

                Vegan diet keeps Bradley going and furthering his brain damage. Vegan diet will be the death of him.

                  Protein is extremely vital to athletes especially. He's getting it in some form.
