I never had a problem with drug testing. Quite frankly, I wish it was mandatory for all fights, especially title fights. On a side note, I don't place the blame on Manny for the fight not happening.

There has only been one response that actually makes sense, why is it that only one athlete in boxing is doing true year round Olympic standard testing? Unless every athlete is video tapped 24/7, steroids are here to stay. There is too much money for any boxer to not take performance-enhancing drugs. It's amazing how many Olympic athletes get caught with their testing and the performers keep using steroids. All boxing fans were denied from being able to witness, what would have been the greatest bout of all-time.

Floyd didnt demand testing for the good of the sport. He used it to insinuate Pac was a cheat just to slander Pac's name as a ploy. And IMO out of jealousy for Pac's popularity.

It was a tactical move by Floyd to score the first blow. To show who was the top dog, and make Manny jump through hoops.

If Floyd had gone about it in a more professional way, stating that testing needs to be done for the sport, then he gets full credit. But todays drug testing requirements are a positive accidental by-product of Floyds negative moronic attitude.

Its a case of something good coming out of something bad.

This is easy bro. Floyd for some reason always felt like he didnt really have to fight manny. He would try to convince the public that he didnt deserve the fight or that he wasnt that good. He got beat already so he gets nothing out of fighting him. Etc. so then the drug testing request came. And it was like why, a of the sudden does he want this for the PAC fight??? He never asked anyone else to do it so it looked like a bluff. And it worked. He said that, manny said **** off and that was that. Floyd looks good by doing that. But I'll always say that for some reason, he never really wanted to fight him. Idk why bro but he just didnt want to. Could have beaten him, just didnt really want to fight him. It's weird. He kinda was annoyed at the public for demanding it too which I thought was funny since he says he does what the fans want. It's ok though, he's safe no at Showtime. Lol
