Good performance by Stevenson but anybody smart enough to not fall for the jab-step back-left hand trick (like Ward or Hopkins) would soundly outbox him. A fight against Kovalev would be very interesting though because Kovalev is not hard to hit.

I really hope Kovalev gets Stevenson next.

He knocks him out in style.

Stevenson's been impressive in his last two fights no question and his power is absolutely legit.

But, only Cloud could make someone that's the level of Stevenson look like that. He won't look like that against anyone else. Not even Bellew will make him look that good.

I honestly wasn't all that impressed.

I believe it was more of the fact that Cloud felt that straight left hand right off the bat in the first round, and began to be fearful of the power he felt early on. Which, in turn, keeps him from taking the risks of a come-forward fighter in Cloud that normally would have. Which, also, is the center of his style and success. Take that away, Cloud becomes confused and lost as to how he should begin to approach the rest of the fight.

Just sick of seeing these Haitian-Canadian's pretending to be American inner-city thugs.
