If Floyd's next fight is Khan, it confirms he's ducking Pacman!

But I have to remain objective and ask an honest question. When asked about the Pacman fight, Floyd says Pacman needs to avenge his losses to Bradley and Marquez before they can discuss fighting eachother. As if to say, Pacman needs to "earn" the "opportunity to fight him". But if Floyd fights Khan, he contradicts that statement because Khan lost two fights back to back, fought a career lightweight (Molina), then narrowly escaped with a victory over a journeyman who dropped him (Diaz). He definitely hasn't earned the fight. So you may say "Money is the motivator"? My question to you all and TMT would be; Do you think Floyd would take home more money fighting Khan and giving him his small cut vs. Fighting Manny Pacman, paying him a flat 20-30 million (being that Pac has little room for negotiation after the marquez KO) and taking the rest? Anyone who says that fight isn't the biggest fight to be made still in boxing is kidding themselves. If Floyd is about MONEY why isn't a fight with PACMAN the next logical step? Your thoughts
First of all i doubt Floyd is fighting Khan next, secondly,Pac had his chance to fight Floyd. In the first negotiations for a Floyd/Pac fight,Floyd offered Pac 50% just as long as Pac and him take random drug testing.Pac turned it down claiming he`s scared of needles, and claimed taking blood makes him weak.Floyd offered a 14 day cut off date pac still turned it down.So Floyd took the first offer off the table. Then Pacquaio went on to sue Floyd,Arum went on to claim Floyd turned down 100 mil,etc etc..
That obviously pissed Floyd off,so as a result Floyd doesn`t want Pac or Arum making money off of him.

Reading Comprehension People!!! This thread isn't about why the Floyd vs. Pac fight never happened. Both parties are to blame in the past, this is about the idea of Floyd vs. Pac moving forward. The past is the past, both were responsible for the fight not happening, Although I feel Mayweather has always been the thorn in negotiations because he won't agree to a 50/50 split of PPV

If he looks impressive against Rios, he still brings weight behind a valid offer by him and his team.
But he won't have the bargaining power he once had. Mayweather is sitting in the catbird seat when it comes down to it.

Team Manny's goal in that negotiation should just be let's get our biggest payday ever with some upside and Floyd will get what he get's which will be outrageously high.
Suck for them but that was the opportunity cost, they now need to cut their loses on that front.
