USADA is inferior because Floyd uses their testing. If Floyd used VADA testing instead, then VADA would be inferior. You know how it goes here.

Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions have reached an agreement on the terms for a welterweight super-fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao. The fight would take place on November 13 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Top Rank CEO Bob Arum says there are no issues at the moment to prevent the fight.

Floyd then said he was not thinking about boxing, not sure if he would box again and wanted to take a year off or two to spend time with his family (we know how that went)
