Floyd got 19 days cut off and Mosley got 18 in their fight. Floyd got 18 days in the Ortiz fight. USADA, to appease the critics, did 14 days in the Cotto fight. We have zero details in his last two fights.

It would appear that Floyd himself got sick of the blood testing that was going to be trashed anyway.

Those weren't schedule cut-off known to the fighters. If Manny had agreed on a 14 day cutt off it didn't mean Manny was going to be tested 14 days before. Testing can be stoped 28 days before a contract cut off. It amazes me you paccturds till this day don't understand the concept of randomize testing
