Iīm glad thereīs more Latinos that are S & C coaches and more Latinos that like to work out. We had a reputation for being lazy to work out, to eat alot due to social , family events , and heavy drinkers. Honestly, the reputation is well deserved, at least in Mexico. When the obesity levels are higher then the US that's a problem. I think I heard on NPR that the average Mexican citizen drinks 3 liters of soda a week?
