Look man, stop it. Lucas didn't fight exactly like danny, but he fought dirty v pete. Danny fought Lucas dirty. If lucas was as good as you said he would've done something about it. He couldn't.

As for fair fight, no one is saying Lucas didn't deserve a fair fight. Most posters are saying you are pretending the dirtiness changed the outcome. What changed the outcome was danny eating Lucas power shots early and Lucas not being good enough or skilled enough to beat a world class fighter any way but by KO.

1. the peterson fights has no bearing on this. so what? i criticized him for that there.

2. So Lucas is supposed to just take low blows? THAT'S WHAT THE REF IS THERE FOR. Did you see the ref in the Floyd Canelo fight? See, that's what he's there for. Again, who cares about his fans?

who gives a ****...........matthysse was landing shots behind the head off the clinch all night long. in his last fight against peterson lucas threw shots behind the head all night long & it was one of the main reasons he got peterson out of there (lucas fans didn't give a **** about that & celebrated the rabbit punches. claiming that "he's just too much of a uncontrolable machine my freind") most of the so called lows blows that was landed on matthysse were landed on the belt line & upper hip. there only like 3 legit low blows & 2 of those 3 danny had his head pushed down............

1) what does the Peterson fight have to do with this fight?

2) can you post a video of how many times Lucas held Danny head down?

I don't agree that low blows were apart of Garcia game plan,I also don't think that's the reason Matt's lost..How about the footwork of Garcia that Matt's off balance all night..Or the counter punching or the combination punching..This had nothing to do with his win??I get it..

I took TS's word for the number, "22." I didn't need to count. There were a lot of low-blows. I don't know how anyone who's seen the fight and the edited video can say any different.

The low-blow that embarrassed Weeks into finally deducting a point was so flagrant, so clean, that one has to at least seriously consider if it was intentional. In my eyes, it was, as were many of the other low-blows. I believe it was part of an overall plan.

I think Garcia outboxed Lucas. I agree.

But I also think that Garcia aimed low. Why is it that all of a sudden he can't keep his hands up? That shot in 12th was delivered with bad intent. NOTHING ACCIDENTAL ABOUT THAT. He did it in purpose to speed up the end of the fight. If he is willing to do that, then i think its fair to pick him apart for the previous 11.

Did this play a factor? We don't know. But point is that this sohuld not have been an issue.

Here's an example of the low blows Danny was landing. It was on Lucas elbows and belt line. Considering his belt is smaller than normal.

I said this months ago....Peterson got dropped right after he was punched behind the head....he was still dazed but dudes acted as if I was watching the wrong fight or something

It was not that bad is my point,it's been my point..Yet guys are coming into this thread as if we seen Mares vs Agbeko 2..Which did not happen..Were there fouls,yes(on both fighters as well)but to the length that some are saying is bull****..

I was referring to people who say 'its a fight'. This is a fight with rules FFS.
