no one on here is saying that. Why are you ignoring all the low shots from round 1-12?

Would you have no problem if this happened in every boxing fight? You don't think that would take away luster from the sport?

Let me guess, you think BHOP faking low blows and mocking the rules of boxing is good for boxing because he does anything to win. Fcking pathetic people on here defending Garcia!

Relevance would have come into it had it been an open question. It wasn't.

It suits there agenda too miss out the punches to the thigh.

I like Danny, but there is no room in the sport for this ****.

Not only that but they're making reasons WHY he hit low all fight. The low blow that Garcia had a point taken from him there was NO head pulling, and it was the most obvious and debilitating one from the fight. Clearly intentional, and it has no room in the sport.

I think it's sad fans on here are letting this pass.

You guys popped too much **** for anyone to care what danny did. You made lucas out to be some great fighter who could deal with ANYTHING danny did. well looks like he couldn't.

Danny fought Lucas the way Lucas fought Petersen. Lucas couldn't handle it.

DSG is a pro, there is no way his accuracy is that bad. I don't know how it can be argued that he isn't hitting Matts in the thighs on purpose.

I didn't count the low-blows; the TS did. I'm taking his word for it. There clearly were quite a few. Again, even one blatant low-blow is usually not seen in a championship match, let alone several.
Again I did not see a large number of low blows..Maybe you should go watch the fight again, don't take someone word for it..You'd be better off tbh..

Garcia was beating Matt's up when the most blatant low punch landed in the 12th..I don't believe it was intentional..Which is what TS is trying to convey which again is total bull****..

                    i'm not defending garcia.

This is Prizefighting. This isn't little league baseball, this is a world of sharks and wolves where the reality is some play dirty and there's nothing you can do about it except fight harder.

I don't know if the Garcia fans are saying it; I know I'm saying it. Fouls and dirty fighting are part of the sport, and have been since the beginning. Some of my favorite fighters did it. But let's not pretend that it didn't happen in this fight. Weeks should've done something about it, and Matthysse should've retaliated. I don't know if it would've changed the outcome, but it's tough to say all those low-blows didn't have a detrimental effect on Lucas.
