That's the order that I have them in, but any of the five could be considered the GOAT. And I submit that no other fighter outside of this group can claim to be the GOAT. Perhaps Gans, but that's it. Ali falls short.

Depends on the criteria!

I tend to break things down more then what is mentioned here. I could never many pick many boxers of the past............main reason not a lot of video footage to go off of.

SRR was a great fighter but had too many loses IMHO to be the Best ever. Ali was in the same boat. I go off of Skills #1 this is by far the most important criteria in my book. Then the resume followed by the record.

Hands down with no real competition its Floyd.

The perception of Fighting and boxing somehow gets mixed up..........a lot!
