If he really really wanted to make 140 and adjusted his camp with that as a goal and did the full drying out phase , he could do it , but he would have to really work at it , at his age and point in his career Floyd is not going to start trying to make light weights .
    Excuses excuses.

    According to Reloaded:
    - It's hard for Floyd to lose the 2lbs.
    - It's hard for Manny's opponents to lose the weight.
    - It's easy for Floyd's opponents to lose the weight.

**** 3 more fights if he faces and beats Martinez to become Lineal MW champion of the world just retire. There is literally nothing he can do that can enhance his legacy after that.

Floyd will never be the greatest, its to late to do it, if he fought Pac 3 years ago and beat him then he falls in the top 20 at best.

I still think the sheer number of SRR's wins and his resume and ali's resume will always be greater.

Ward at 168 is a bit much. I can agree with trying to get the Lineal LWW and Lineal MW championships though. Especially against Sergio Floyd would be as close to people thinking he could lose as you can get. I mean the guy has to stuff his face just to get to 150. That would be quite the accomplishment.

wanting....this is something like a goal...you have to work on it....face it that you need to step up to the challenges...and prevail....much better if you prevail convincingly..

                  His best wins would be

                  Castillo in the rematch
                  Corrales
                  Hernadez
De la hoya - past it and coked out
                  Martinez?
                  past it Cotto?
                  Hatton at 147?

                  that's not a GOAT resume

                  Not when Pacquiao has

                  Morales x2
                  Barrera x2
                  Marquez x2
                  Cotto
                  Margarito
                  Hatton - Lineal

                  that alone destroys Floyd's resume

Martinez already offered to drain himself to 150 and give Floyd an 80-20 cut, ****** ass. Your fraud of an idol will never fight Sergio.
