Gatti's head was getting extra low since Damgaar was squatting and when swinging over Gatti's head was always pushing his weight on top of him. When Gatti was about to "take a seat in the ropes" it was because he ducked down along the ropes and was pushed back. That's not a knockdown or anything of the sort. The fact that you'd compare this to something along the lines of a Sven Ottke fight is laughable.
