What do you mean underpaid? He was gonna get the highest payday of his career as well as major exposure. This was a highly anticipated fight, take less money than you think you deserve and consider it an investment for the future.

I think the 50 Cent/Floyd circus messed him up worse than leaving Top Rank.

TMT fighters are getting good exposure on ShowTime whether it be ShoBox or major PPV undercards. I think if Gamboa was still with TMT he would be more active and still be in the spotlight.

Maybe those other guys didn't wanna get into a lawsuit with TR, and pay the 1m buyout?

Gamboa thought he's going to become his idol Mayweather after joining him. Turned out that Floyd didn't give a **** about him.

Talking about "crap" you certainly must have a large crap factory, because you turn it out in truck-loads in nearly every post. I don't know what is bubbling around in your brain.

The sequence of events re Gamboa's leaving Top Rank were that Top Rank sued him stating that so far he had cost them over a million dollars in promotion for this fight. Gamboa had gone to the Curtis Jackson-Mayweather new promotional company and it was arranged that they paid Top Rank $1.25 mill for his contract. Then there was a split-up between Jackson and Mayweather, with Jackson saying that Mayweather never paid in any of his share of the money to start the company. All the money spent was from Jackson's pocket. So he had a small group of boxers signed with whom he continued, renaming his company to exclude Mayweather.

I got all this information from BoxingScene reports so you must have read it too. So why do you spread such dung on here. You should keep that for your ancestral acres....
