Manny just hiding behind Arum. The last time he resigned Manny said he did it with Arum's promise to get him Floyd. Well a week later Arum began talking about Rios Rios was already lined up like Margarito and Clottey were. Manny knows he can continue being protected and promoted(hyped) with Arum. If Arum believe Pac could beat Floyd the fight would had happened long ago.

Remember when Top Rank and Goldenboy were working together? We had the Cotto vs Mosley fight where Cotto was a 2 to 1 favorite and then we got Pavlik vs Hopkins where Pavlik was a 3 to 1 favorite. The TR fighter was the favorite both times which shows how afraid Arum is of losing.

Its obvious Arum is milking Pacquiao for more fights. Unlike Mayweather, Arum is the official promoter and he makes big bucks off Pacquiao PPVs even though they sell less.
