Pacquiao beats all 3 of them rather easily.

That'd be the toughest out of the 3 tbh.

If Arum believe Pac could beat Floyd the fight would had happened long ago.
Remember when Top Rank and Goldenboy were working together? We had the Cotto vs Mosley fight where Cotto was a 2 to 1 favorite and then we got Pavlik vs Hopkins where Pavlik was a 3 to 1 favorite. The TR fighter was the favorite both times which shows how afraid Arum is of losing.

Its obvious Arum is milking Pacquiao for more fights. Unlike Mayweather, Arum is the official promoter and he makes big bucks off Pacquiao PPVs even though they sell less. Talk of a potential Pacquiao-Mayweather fight only helps to sell more Pacquiao PPVs to Mayweather fans and casual fans. I honestly think Arum was eventually planning to seek a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight but he let it marinate for too long and Pacquiao picked up 2 losses while simultaneously losing bargaining power.

BTW, Pacquiao has the perfect style to absolutely KILL Danny Garcia.

Everyone has the style to kill Garcia till they fight him, if Arum called up GB and offered Garcia 3 million and a fee to GB the fight would be in June but Arum won't call.

We also got Pac DLH where Pac was a solid underdog. Also Chavez Sergio, where the marketable TR guy was a big underdog

Arum: I kept Chavez from Martinez. I was chicken.
NEW YORK — Bob Arum didn’t lie when he people asked about making Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. versus Sergio Martinez before the middleweight title fight finally came together last month.
