He should stop ducking teh Molina rematch before he ducks teh Angulo one.

If you knew what the **** you were talking about you would know that Lara and Molina are both managed by DeCubas and he doesn't want to match them together.

Well you know they wanted to set up Mayweather Alvarez ,which is why they wanted to make it seem like everything was on the up and up for that fight(Trout vs Alvarez)when it was obvious it was'nt..I mean open scoring Alvarez winning every close rd..It was clear something was up,but with all the money that was up for grabs with Mayweathe..Trout would have to have scored a KO to win that fight..

The open scoring is why I gave Canelo a bit of a pass in that fight. He went very defensive in the last third of the fight after scoring the KD. Chances are, if he hadn't known he was winning by a mile, he wouldn't have gone so defensive allowing Trout to win several of those rounds.

I completely agree with this..That open scoring was the worst tbh..

It'll look like the same fight but Lara will officially stop him this time. Angulo hit him with 2 monster left hooks and Lara ended up getting up. don't think he's going to hit him with those bombs again.

I never saw him run. he just moved positions and boxed. Go watch toughman seems like you would enjoy it

I think Lara has earned a shot at a 154 title. I don't mind an Angulo rematch but Lara won fair and square. There was no thumbing. Good, clean punching created the hematoma on Angulo's face. They fought for the interim WBA title. It would be foolish for Lara to fight Angulo right now. The rematch should happen after Lara gets a title shot.

if you don't like the sweet science of boxing. then take your ass over to UFC and MMA. boxing is a sport. it has categories of movement,foot work,jabs,right hands,left hands,blocking,upper cuts, defense,and ring generalship. is that hard to understand?

Anyone have a gif that causes the large hemetoma? To me it looked like Angulo's eye was already swelling badly before they started showing replays of what they think caused it.

You realized that the gloves Laras was using didn't have thumbs...

The thumb was sewn into the glove. With the thumb sewn in place it is inevitable that the thumb will be part of the impact as the fight progresses but the way that Angulo and Hunter try and discredit the win is that they claim that Lara intentionally aimed for the eye with the thumb.

Bhop vs Pascal 2 - that was an intentional thumb to the eye. This was not.

They should have gotten CJ Ross to judge the fight - 'Lara hits Angulo, but his hand contains a thumb, therefore Lara thumbed Angulo and the punch doesn't count'

I'd like to see an Angulo-Lara rematch. It was an entertaining fight and competitive, Perro put him down twice.

If it wasn't for the eye who knows how things would have ended up.
