it's a figure of speech.... you get scratched in the eye....

you aint gonna call it a 'nail'....

traditionally its refered to as being 'thumbed'.... he got scratched cornea....

that's not happening from a punch. a grazing shot... possibly.

didn't Lara say there won't be a rematch?
he has a right to say that since Angulo quit
but it's great if it happens, that was a fun action fight
thought Lara would school him, but he was in deep in that fight
Angulo showed he could win, ****** that he bowed out
Lara's not getting a Floyd fight, so these 2 can fight for the WBA belt

I thought the general opinion was that it was a fight that could have went either way..Which is why most did not make a stink about the outcome..

IMO Lara has some unfinished business with Molina and to a certain extent Angulo. Floyd is gonna vacate the belt he won from Canelo which should make Lara the full champ. A rematch with Molin would probably be the best move. It be a unification fight and be an attractive opponent for Floyd.

Bias Lara fanboys trying to rewrite history, make it seem like it was some sort of one sided schooling, Angulo exposed Lara.

It was a close fight that could have gone either way. But I don't think Trout got enough credit from the media. To me, I got the feel that people thought Canelo clearly won.

He should stop ducking teh Molina rematch before he ducks teh Angulo one.

Well you know they wanted to set up Mayweather Alvarez ,which is why they wanted to make it seem like everything was on the up and up for that fight(Trout vs Alvarez)when it was obvious it was'nt..I mean open scoring Alvarez winning every close rd..It was clear something was up,but with all the money that was up for grabs with Mayweathe..Trout would have to have scored a KO to win that fight..

Lara wants a big name. So I can fully understand why he doesn't wanna revisit Molina or Angulo. Cotto has Rodriguez lined up. Canelo is gonna have a comeback fight, probably for a belt. Which means its likely to come down to either Lara or Molina. Or, he could go after the big name Cotto. In that case, I think the fight should be Lara-Molina II.
