i consider floyd the more exciting fighter usually, but thought rigondeaux-donaire was fairly exciting(you could just sit back and be at awe at the skill)
while i found mayweather-alvarez(aswell as mayweather-guerrero) fairly boring

it was probabley because of how ******(gameplans) and outclassed alvarez and guerrero were

Mayweather's case is unique. He's lucky enough to get thrusted into a large areana courtesy of the great Dela Hoya. He won by SD, which could have gone either way. Hoya's fans were disappointed and demanded an immediate rematch. Floyd said no. Since then Hoya's fans followed him around to see him lose. That's basically how Floyd sustained his PPV marketability. But make no mistake. Fans generally dislike boring, defensive boxers.

They basically did the same thing, yet mayweather is praised but rigo is crucified.
Please do not put Rigo and Floyd in the same sentence.

Canelo was the Donaire of Golden Boy but Mayweather is already an established fighter who sells ppv on his own Rigo unfortunately doesn't have the same monetary value to him and they can do that to him punish and sideline him for derailing their plans, just because they can out of spite. Is disgusting if you ask me but that's boxing for you nowadays.

Rigo doesn't have the resume or notoriety..also Floyd produced exciting fights in the beginning of his career. Rigo started his career with the safety first tactics which don't produce a big following

Rigo hunted Nonito in the final round looking for a KO, after hurting him.

Floyd never hunted Canelo, or even hurt him.

They're both great fighters. But, Rigo is way more entertaining. Floyd is more impressive defensively, and obviously, the resume. Floyd has the big fights, and the personality. Rigo doesn't. But that doesn't mean FLoyd fights more exciting. Rigo's weight class, and personality, he aint lookin to be a huge star like Floyd. Just be the best boxer of his division.

Watch the Floyd-Canelo fight; Floyd had the bigger man on the ropes and beat him on the inside and outside. Floyd can strike first from the outside with pin-point accuracy, dodge his opponent's counter and follow up on the inside, throwing anything from whatever angle he wants. Rigondeaux is just: footwork, footwork, dodge, counter cross, footwork, footwork dodge, counter cross, etc.. When he stops running, he gets dropped.

You simply CAN NOT say Floyd fought Canelo anything like how Rigondeaux boxed Donaire.
                so who is right?

Gotta agree with this. Donaire is definitely leagues above Canelo when it comes to accomplishments. Alvarez shouldn't be dismissed as complete bum either

Its not possible to look Sharper than Rigondeaux did against Donaire.
