WOW! You just revived Cotto's carreer with a dream match that sounded impossible years ago. But before Cotto moves down I would love to see him face Canelo. People would say "that if Canelo beat Trout, who beat Cotto, then he would kill Cotto" but the true is that Trout simply had Cotto's number that night with his stingy jab and back peddling movement. Had Cotto used the bob and weave movements he has shown in the past he would have won that fight.
I would love Cotto redeeming himself with 3 fights in 2014 so he gets a chance to face Mayweather again in 2015 at 147.

I hope he sticks with Roach the rest of the way. And yeah for his frame 147 is where he needs to be. If he's 156 3 weeks out making 147 is no problem, he just has to manage his weight in between fights.

I'm really intrigued to see how Cotto looks after this training camp. Not only does he now have Roach in his corner, but his S&C coach Gavin MacMillan is ahead of his time with his approach to training. It'll be interesting to see how Miguel reacts to the difference in training form his previous camps and whether or not his body reacts positively from the changes.
