At 154/152 or 160?

I could certainly see Golovkin being too much for Floyd at 160, but I think making him go down in weight would even things out at least a little bit.

Robinson was dominating Maxim, so I think it would be interesting to see if Floyd could do something similar to GGG. It would certainly add to his legacy.

It doesn't matter what weight its at. All you have to do is make weight for the 30secs you're on the scale. Its not like you have to make weight during the ring walk. GGG is too big, to strong, and hits too hard for Floyd. And more importanly, he's skilled enough to take advantage of his advantages. If GGG were 2" shorter, 15-20lbs of natural weight lighter, and hit like a hard punching middleweight opposed to a hard punching light heavyweight, I'd pick Floyd to clown him. And that's why I don't have a lotta interest in the fight. He only beats Floyd because he's bigger.

As for legacy, Floyd's is fine. He's gone from 130 to 154. And picked up real titles at every stop outside of 140. And he did stop the then reigning lineal jr welterweight champ in Hatton. I think everyone needs to pump their brake. Bigger isn't always better. Pac looked damn good against bigger guys and ultimately it was guys moving up that caused him the most trouble. These things usually have a way of working themselves out.

I think Pac is a great too (not quite as good though), but he was a bit selective in the big guys he fought and the guy coming up who gave him the most trouble was the guy who always had at lower weights. Bradley did better than previous opponents, but I still think he clearly lost.

I disagree as there are some cases where guys definitely are more sluggish because they had trouble making weight. Maybe, it wouldn't be a factor in this instance, but we'd never know unless the fight was actually made.

Yea, i can agree with that. Khan has all the offensive skill in the world, but is extremely flawed defensively and has a glass jaw. I honestly assume that it will improve (not his jaw, but his defense ) the more he trains without Roach.. So far, two fights, and I'd say 1 decent, 1 typical inferior defense.. You're right, I think his 3rd fight will tell us a lot about him and the direction of his career.

The Khan has all the Requirments to meet the Great FRAUD...
