Canelo, he was able to get some good stiff jabs in and the odd right hand.

Mayweather just potshooted Guerrero to hell, and made him miss a lot. Canelo landed at least a bit.

Canelo fought a sharper Floyd, as Robert was almost like a tune up, furthermore Robert just was trying to ruff-up Floyd with dirty boxing like he did berto.

Canelo, got a draw with one judge so he must have done better. Just people thought he would do a bit more better.

            alvarez

but he had much bigger advantages, he was ALOT stronger than floyd, every punch he threw pushed floyd across the ring, the only problem was he utilized the exact same strategy guerrero did

both idiots went into the fight thinking to counter floyd, guerrero it was "wait for his right lead, then counter with uppercuts"(as said in his corner)
with alvarez it was "wait for his jab, then pull-counter his ass"(as said in his corner)
and what's hilarious is floyd potshotted/fed them the very punches they were looking for, but niether was near fast enough to do a thing

obviously that wasn't all to their corners strategy, but the main objective here was obviously to try and box and counter a lunging mayweather, both idiots failed almost to the same degree

alvarez just opened up a little more and probabley won more rounds
saul seriously had a great chance of beating floyd, and despite the catchweight, he was without a doubt not weight drained, displayed some pretty good stamina actually(nothing manny pacquiao/roberto duran like obviously, but good nontheless)
if he had started earlier with a pressure style and worked floyds body, with his ridiculous strenght advantage he could have really taken alot out of floyd

guerrero could have made it close too if he used an oscar/cotto(even ortiz, minus foul) type approach early, floyd moved in that fight but he showed his age when he had to take off two of the middle rounds(can't remember which, 5 and 6 maybe?), and guerrero only started to up his pressure with some punches around the 10th, alvarez around the 8th, but alvarez always takes off about half of a round, guerrero actually had the stamina to fight entire rounds

both noobs that exposed their inexperienced corners
alteast it seemed that after enough rounds(over half the fight) the fighters themselves realised what was the best approach, pressure

Guerrero for me. I actually gave him a couple of rounds. I didn't give Canelo ****.

The guy hit nothing but thin air and arms.
