Now I know some will chuckle at this notion but can you imagine anyone else leading Danny to victory last night. His psychology in the corner slapping Danny worked. He literally went out and busted Lucas' eye right after that & the momentum of the fight changed drastically. He's so mentally tough & its Angel that pushed this kid to that point. He said himself he trains Danny like a champ & not like an opponent. Danny has to be in the conversation for fighter of the year & was in the running last year. As far as the in ring results they got something special going on right now.

Obviously the awards regarding the year 2013 are for the fights that happened between Jan 2013-Dec 2013.
