Right. I believe he fought at JMW one last time for the linage. WW will be next and I wouldn't be surprised if he attempted to go for the JWW linage to make history.

You think he could get back down to '40, now... nine years removed from the weight come next May? Considering he didn't want to try and make '44 for Marquez....?

When are people going to understand that Floyd isn't a 154 pound fighter? He's not going to make a living at a weight that he shouldn't be at. He needs to keep his ass at 147 where he belongs.

I'd like to see Kirkland get a shot a Mayweather.

I'll eat crow. Floyd weighed in fight night, and it was lower than I expected. He's obviously #1 at 154 despite the CW, but he really has no business staying at SWW, much less fighting GGG there. Lara would be a nice fight to make. He'd probably give him more problems than just about anyone below 160 (Andrade?). He's also the mando, but that's a disaster of a PPV.

This confused me because I thought Lara was small then in that article he compained about the rehydratioin limit. The in ring weights for Williams and Martiyosan makes me believe he is small.

In one weigh in he was wearing some heavy jean shorts and was still udner the limit as well

                Well...you get my point.
lol yeah every fight will be a mismatch apart from a fight with Lara

Whaaat? I didn't even know that about the jean shorts weigh-in. Makes me wonder if he could get to '50...? Anyway, I assumed he came in bigger for his fights just because they complained about the rehydration issue. Seemed more like a ploy by GBP to try and get rid of dealing with him [which is ignorant on their part].

But yeah, man -- I agree. I also think Lara has the best shot but he'll never get the opportunity and probably should considering Mayweather looks and performs his best at '47 nowadays.

Again, I am intrigued by the idea of Mayweather-Kirkland, though.

I don't give a **** about could/would. The FACT is that Canelo has a victory over an elite JR MW in Trout. Angulo doesn't.

LOL I know you're still masturbating over that Donaire/Rigo fight but this is boxing, everybody makes wrong predictions every once in a while, to focus on this one fight and act like this proves you're a god or something is just pathetic. Weren't you riding Matthysse's ****?

I love how you left out Trout, you probably picked Canelo to lose that fight.

Nothing but excuses to escape the fact that Lara struggled against a guy he wasn't supposed to struggle with. This was a post-Kirkland, post-prison Angulo who looked like crap in his previous fight against a B level welterweight.

Lara, Golovkin or Martinez, all at 154, are the only fights that interest me for Floyd ATM. If FMJ could get down to 140, I could see Garcia or maybe Broner, but Mayweather would never fight Adrian.
