Only because it needs a strong undercard if it's going to on PPV

It doesn't need a good undercard to be ppv. A lot of people are going to pay ppv to see Broner fight a big puncher in hopes of seeing him get knocked out.

I might get that fight. I like Broner but he has a ways to go. He might just lose. He's not as dedicated as Floyd is when it comes to staying in shape. This dude gained so much freaking weight its ridiculous. He cannot possibly go back down to 135...he can give that up. I'm just concerned as to how much the pay per view will be.

I dont care if broner fought a belt holder he aint no ppv attraction just yet i say beat dana then a belt holder an if he wins those in stunning form......then maybe talk ppv but as for right now mares on the undercard dont mean s**t mares is a b level fighter at best i loved seeing him get dropped an in the 1st round too!!!!!

The same result as fight #1 , this time worst beating for Mares cause he getting forced to fight him again when he wanted time off

a first round KO is the type you can come back from. He was hit with a good shot and couldn't recover, it's not like he was broken down over the course of a fight. If he fights a smart fight he'll have a chance in the second fight. Given Mares' body of work I'm all for an immediate rematch, and it'd be a great doubleheader on the Broner-Maidana card.
