Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I don't think Canelo will gas. Floyd doesn't have the work rate to make Canelo gas. It's a lot more tiring back pedaling (which Canelo did a lot against Trout) than it is to come forward (which I anticipate Canelo doing a lot in this fight). Can't wait for the fight!

All depends on how effective his pressure is. If he's coming forward eating counters and hitting air, he'll tire even quicker. Part of the Mayweather game plan is to attack the body. That's self explanatory.

If Canelo comes in with too much muscle mass (i.e. the Trout fight), gets caught up in the moment (big stage) and doesn't control his breathing...many factors go into wearing down as the fight progresses.

Cotto gassed out in the later rounds vs Mayweather, and Floyd couldn't even knock him down let alone KO him.
