I'm rooting for Canelo on this one, but what Sr. has pointed out is what I've been thinking since this fight was made...& it makes my common sense pick Floyd for the win but by K.O.? Probably not, but then again, ANYTHING can happen in the fight game...can't wait for Saturday!

im not a mayweather nuthugger like 95% of u but i do agree with Sr..Floyds gonna stop Canelo in 9-10 rounds..gonna be a lot of upset Mexicans come saturday night..

I'm mexian american and feel Floyd Sr. is right...I'll be rooting for Alverez though.

IMO Floyd jr. won the fight as soon as the contract was signed at 152. He knows what he is doing, the guy is smart - I give props where it's due.

Sr's comments make a whole lot of sense especially now since he has to come down in weight as far as stopping Alvarez that might be a long shot but then again Alvarez hasn't fought anyone of this experience and although Floyd isn't really a power puncher he is fast and extremely accurate you can make the argument that Canelo has fought Mosley but Mosley is just a shadow of what he once was when they fought I believe Canelo will run out of gas in the later rounds as well.

Is weird you mention the Mosley fight....cause I didn't see Canelo tired in that fight, even thoug it went the full 12 rounds, and even thoug Mosley made him fight the full 12 rounds, Canelo did not tired. What people seems to forget is that Floyd himself fights in spurts, he is not the kind of fighter that is all over you to tire you, so maybe Canelo will preserved his stamina for the full 12 rounds.

Anyways I don't see Floyd Koing Canelo.....definatly UD like I said before 8-4 most likely.
